wheat and oat cultivars

1990 - 1991     Austrian Service for Development Cooperation. Training for
a wheat improvement project in Uganda.

1995 - 1996     Visiting scientist at CIMMYT Mexico.

1991 - 1997    Institute of Agronomy and Plant Breeding, BOKU, Vienna.
Research Assistant (funded by FWF project) on wheat resistance breeding.

1998 - 1998     INSTITUTE FOR AGROBIOTECHNOLOGY (IFA-Tulln)
Post-Doc scientist (funded by FWF project) on molecular genetics of disease resistance of wheat.

Since 1999     INSTITUTE FOR AGROBIOTECHNOLOGY (IFA-Tulln). Group
Leader of the Laboratory on Plant Breeding at the Department of Biotechnology
in Plant Production, IFA-Tulln. Permanent staff position since Oct. 2001.
Responsible for several competitive grant funded diploma and doctoral students.
Teaching at BOKU Vienna: Resistance Breeding of Crop Plants, Molecular
Methods in Plant Breeding.
